What is Clip Collective?+
Clip Collective is a wedding media platform that helps couples collect photos and videos from their guests, turn those memories into an interactive shared gallery, and receive a professionally edited highlight film after the wedding.
How and when do I get paid?+
We pay out via Venmo on the 1st of every month. You add your Venmo handle during signup, and you can update it anytime in Settings. Bookings confirmed in a given calendar month are paid out on the 1st of the following month. A March booking pays out on April 1st.
Can my friends and family use my code?+
Yes. The only thing we block is self-referrals (you using your own code on your own booking). Friends, family, past clients, strangers on the internet. All welcome.
What if a couple cancels their wedding?+
It happens, and we don't want to make a hard moment worse. If a couple cancels and we refund their booking, the commission we paid on it comes out of your future earnings. If your balance ends up negative and stays under $150, we won't chase you for it. Above that, we'd reach out about reimbursement. The full details are in our terms.
Is there a cap on what I can earn?+
No. Earn as much as you want. The tier system pays you more the more you refer, with no ceiling. Tier 3 stays at $100 per booking, however many you bring in.
What does it cost to join?+
Nothing. Free to sign up, free to participate, no monthly fees. You take home 100% of every commission you earn from us.
How long does signup take?+
About 60 seconds. Pick your code, accept the terms, share. You can set up payout info now or later. We only need it once you've earned your first booking.
What kind of code can I choose?+
Pick a prefix: your name, your studio's name, anything that fits. We automatically add "50" to the end (the discount amount), so "SARAH" becomes SARAH50 and "JONESPHOTO" becomes JONESPHOTO50. We check availability in real time as you type.
Do I have to be a wedding vendor to join?+
No. The program is open to vendors, content creators, past couples, and anyone with an audience of engaged couples. Pick your partner type at signup so we can tailor your experience.
